A walk in the park

The Bulgarian partners, in collaboration with their stakeholder “Veselata Kushta,” organized a community event called “A Walk in the Park” on April 29th. The purpose of the event was to demonstrate how family sports activities can be both affordable and easy to implement, encouraging families to spend quality time together without the need for expensive equipment or complex arrangements. The event focused on traditional games such as “The Balloon is Expanding” and a sucker ball game, designed to promote cooperation between children and adults. These games, which paired one adult with one child, emphasized the importance of teamwork and allowed participants to adjust the pace according to their comfort, ensuring that everyone, regardless of age or ability, could fully enjoy the experience. Through this initiative, the organizers aimed to foster stronger family bonds while promoting physical activity in a fun and accessible way.
